[配料]苦瓜100克，菊花50克，粳米60克，冰糖100克。
[做法]将苦瓜洗净去瓤，切成小块备用。粳米洗净，菊花漂洗，二者同入锅中，倒入适量的清水，置于武火上煮，待水煮沸后，将苦瓜、冰糖放入锅中，改用文火继续煮至米开花时即可。
[功效]清暑热，止痢解毒。适用于中暑烦渴、痢疾等症。
