A new non-contact measuring method for ball nuts based on CCD imaging is put forward.
首先用数字摄像头采集滚珠螺母图像,并经数字接口卡传输到计算机;其次对包含噪声的原始数字图像实施预处理和图像分割、细化等处理,将图像转换成易于检测的单象素宽边缘信息;然后用自编程序计算滚珠螺母有关参数,并实际测量了滚珠螺母的圆度、圆柱度等几何误差,进行了数据处理及标定。
