性质:在轧制状态或正火状态下使用的高强度钢。其显微组织主要是铁素体和珠光体。提高非调质钢强度的方法,主要是通过添加合金元素和轧制,细化组织。常采用对于焊接性影响较小而又廉价的硅和锰作为非调质钢主要合金元素。通过控制轧制也可细化组织,提高非调质钢的强度和韧性。非调质钢的典型钢种有:(1)普通焊接结构用非调质钢,用途与软钢大致相同,包括桥梁、贮气罐、高压容器、建筑构件、升降机械和土木机械等;(2)造船用高强度钢;(3)煤气管道用高强度钢。
