薏米芡实汤
原 料：薏米(水发)50克、芡实50克、红糖15克。
做 法：
1.薏米洗净煮透，芡实洗净。
2.将薏米、芡实放入瓦煲内，加入清水煮30分钟。
3.再加入红糖稍煮片刻即成。
特 点：薏米性平味甘淡，有健脾止泻、利肠益胃之功。芡实性平味甘，能健脾顾涩，益肾固精。此处共用能补脾胃、轻湿热、固精气、促进溃疡面逐渐愈合。
