薏米芡实汤

原 料:薏米(水发)50克、芡实50克、红糖15克。

做 法

1.薏米洗净煮透,芡实洗净。

2.将薏米、芡实放入瓦煲内,加入清水煮30分钟。

3.再加入红糖稍煮片刻即成。

特 点:薏米性平味甘淡,有健脾止泻、利肠益胃之功。芡实性平味甘,能健脾顾涩,益肾固精。此处共用能补脾胃、轻湿热、固精气、促进溃疡面逐渐愈合。
