性质:反应气体在流化床反应器中进行的催化反应过程。反应气体通过一定直径范围的小颗粒固体催化剂床层,流速达一个临界值时,反应器床层中的催化剂颗粒形成流态化在气体中周复运动。流化床利于物质扩散,提高了催化过程的总速度,便于传热,利于控制反应区内的温度,便于催化剂的再生和更换,提高了催化剂抗毒性能。缺点是催化剂易磨损和由于气流回流比大而使转化率有所降低。
