Analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) Chuanxiong Rhizome(CXR)-Notoperygium root(NR) and its single herb was performed by the method of alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA).
利用气相色谱-质谱法分离检测药对川芎-羌活、单味药川芎和羌活的挥发油成分,再采用交互移动窗口因子分析法对药对川芎-羌活与单味药川芎、羌活挥发油成分的共有组分进行了分析,并采用总体积积分法定量。

According to complexity of Chinese herbal medicine,the GC-MS data was resolved by Alternative Moving Window Factor Analysis method,in order to corroborate the retention time and mass spectrum information of common compounds between these two close systems.

The fat-soluble components of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge which were extracted by supercritical CO_ 2 extraction method were separated by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection isocratic elution , then heuristic evolving latent projection and fixed size moving window evolving factor analysis were used to resolve overlapping peaks of the chromatogram.
采用超临界CO2萃取方法对丹参中的脂溶性成分进行提取,利用高效液相等度分离方法对丹参脂溶性成分进行分离,再结合启发渐进式特征投影法和固定尺寸移动窗口渐进因子分析法对未能完全分离的重叠峰进行解析,得到了比较满意的结果。
