原料：甜玉米400克，糯米粉100克左右，白糖少许，奶酪20克，酸奶100克，油300毫升（实耗30毫升）
做法：
1.将甜玉米、糯米粉，白糖，酸奶，奶酪融化一起搅匀，拌成稠糊
2.锅a中倒入食用油烧热
3.另取一煎锅b入少量食用油，7成热时将稠糊入锅摊成1厘米厚薄的圆饼，转小火定型后，将饼缓缓倒入以5成热的锅a中，小火炸制5分钟左右转大火炸制金黄即可出锅
tips：
1.白糖可放可不放，有得就有失，白糖可占据你对玉米的纯粹口感，但你确能得到甜丝丝的滋味，亦取亦舍
2.可用厨房纸巾吸去酸奶玉米酪的部分油脂。
3.也可以加少量的盐，这样更能突出玉米的味道。
