性质:轻质烃主要指以甲烷为主要成分的各种气体(如天然气、油田伴生气和石油炼厂尾气等)和终馏点低于220℃的轻油馏分。使轻质烃在镍催化剂的存在和高温条件下,在转化炉中,与水蒸气进行反应,用以生产合成氨原料气的方法。一般均在加压下进行。目前世界上以天然气或轻油为原料的大型合成氨厂均采用此法。其热能利用较好,因而制氨的能耗较其他各法为低。
