性质:以丙烷为溶剂对减压渣油中不同组分进行选择性溶解的脱沥青过程。丙烷对非理想组分溶解性很小,经抽提后,可得残炭和重金属含量低很多、硫和氮有所降低的脱沥青油。丙烷脱沥青一般操作压力为3.5~4.0MPa。在一定温度下溶剂比对脱沥青油的收率和质量有一定影响。操作温度对丙烷的溶解能力影响最大。当温度超过40℃时,溶解能力随温度升高而下降;当达到丙烷的临界温度时,基本上失去对烃类的溶解能力。
