性质:由芳香科植物甜橙(Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck C. aurantium L. var dulcis L. )的果实经冷榨或冷磨得到。为黄色至深橙黄色液体。具新鲜甜橙果实的香气。相对密度0.842~0.846。折射率1.472~1.474。旋光度+94°~+99°(25℃)。含醛量(以癸醛汁)1.2%~2.5%。主成分为d-芋烯(约90%)、辛醛、癸醛、壬醛、柠檬醛及甜橙醛(α-和β-sinensal)。主产于巴西和美国。大量用于软饮料,也用于焙烤食品和糖果等。少量用于日化产品。使用前常被浓缩或增倍。其副产萜烯在工业上有广泛用途。
