性质:挤出机的挤出系统是由二根螺杆和一支料筒构成。二根螺杆按轴线方向可分为锥型或平行方式,按啮合方式可分为啮合、非啮合,按旋转方式分为同向或异向旋转,按转速分为高速及低速等。双螺杆挤出机输送物料容易,特别适于粉料、糊状料及玻璃纤维等填料的加入;物料在挤出机停留的时间短,适于易固化、分解的物料;物料在螺杆、料筒间进行着复杂的运动,因而具有良好的混合塑化效果,良好的排气性能及低的功率消耗等特性。
