本文采用顶部籽晶提拉法,以K_2W_2O_7作助溶剂,通过荧光光谱实验选择合适的掺杂浓度,不同温度烧结固相合成晶体原料及助溶剂,设计合理的工艺参数,生长出优质新型激光晶体Nd~(3+):KGd(WO_4)_2、Yb~(3+):KGd(WO_4)_2及Yb~(3+):KY(WO_4)_2。

In this paper, Yb:KYW crystal was grown by Top Seeded Solvent Growth( TSSG) method ,using K_2W_2O_7 as flux, the properties of Yb:KYW crystal were researched based on the study of the choice of the growing method, the raw material pre-processing , the growth technology and the annealing technology .
