ehong yongd一onx一tong shebe一de yunx一ng厂用电系统设备的运行(operation of equip-ment in auxiliary power system)厂用电系统由厂用电源(包括高压厂用工作变压器和起动/备用变压器)、配电装置(包括母线、连接电缆、开关设备、厂用馈线)、低压厂用变压器、电动机或负荷等设备组成。又分为交流和直流两部分。交流部分可分高压厂用电系统(指3~10 kV)和低压厂用电系统(指380/220V);直流电压一般分220、110、24V等。另外，大容量单元机组均设置应急快速起动的柴油发电机作为交流事故保安电源;大容量机组的控制、保护电源广泛应用不停电电源(UPS)，可从交流母线和直流母线上获得电源经静态逆变装置供电。厂用电系统是电厂的命脉，保证其安全正常运行是电厂的首要任务。 高压厂用工作变压器和起动/备用变压器的运行 基本上同主变压器的运行，但其起动方式有所不同:单元制接线的发电机变压器组，其高压厂用工作变压器都支接自发电机出口，一般在发电机电压侧不设断路器，故随发变组一起起动，高压起动/备用变压器的电源一般另接自电厂供电端母线或外来系统电源，其投人方式都是从高压侧全电压合闸。在机组起停过程中，厂用电负荷的常备用电源切换一般在机组负荷30纬一50%之间进行.低压厂用变压器的运行油漫式低压厂用变压器的运行类似于高压变压器;80年代开始，新建发电厂多采用干式变压器作为低压厂用变压器。一般都放t在低压厂用配电中心，变压器间隔或小室内应有防潮加热器。干式变压器的冷却方式有自然冷却和风扇通风冷却，正常情况下采用自然冷却，当变压器顶部温度高时，自动起动安装在变压器底部的冷却风扇，冷却风扇也可以手动起停。 共相母线或共相母线电缆的运行共相母线由于很多人孔门密封，难免有不严之处，因负荷的高低，气温的冷热发生“呼吸”现象，随运行时间的增加，易造成绝缘部件的结灰或结露，不仅恶化运行条件，也使维护工作量大大增加，采用共相电缆母线可以避免此缺点。大容量机组的厂用电系统多采用共相电缆，每相由多根电缆并联而成，为保证各根电缆的负荷电流均匀，需采用换位布置。运行人员对共相母线电缆与断路器连接点的发热情况应作定期检查，以防并联电缆连接点的接触不良而发热，造成各根电缆负荷电流分配更不均匀。
