Dynamic recrystallization action of Nb bearing steel during high temperature deformation by compact strip rolling of Benxi Steel has been investigated by Gleeble—2000 thermal/mechanical simulation tester.
利用Gleeble—2000热/力模拟试验机模拟了低碳含Nb钢在薄板坯连铸连轧生产过程中的动态软化行为,分析了Nb含量对动态再结晶的影响,建立了低碳含Nb钢的动态再结晶模型,并绘制了动态再结晶区域分布图。

A new model,based on ferrite nucleation growth model and considering the solute drag-like effect of Nb,was used to predict A_(r3)of Nb-containing low carbon steels.
根据热膨胀实验测定的4种不同Nb含量低碳钢在不同连续冷却条件下先共析铁素体相变温度(A_(r3)),建立了一个新的铁素体形核和长大模型,用来预测含Nb低碳钢的A_(r3),模型中考虑了Nb的溶质拖曳作用。
