Based on the features of extraction roadway in fully-mechanized caving face,the influential factors such as intensity of surrounding rock, intensity of coal, mining depth, joint and crack of surrounding rock, influence of mining, top coal thickness,width of pillar and area of roadway section were defined in order to select optimally bolt support forms of the roadway.
根据综放回采巷道的特征,确定其锚杆支护形式优选需要考虑的因素为:围岩强度、煤层强度、巷道埋藏深度、围岩节理裂隙发育程度、采动影响、顶煤厚度、护巷煤柱宽度、巷道断面面积,这些因素和支护形式、支护参数一起对巷道围岩变形产生影响。

| 喷锚支护 combination of anchorage and shotcrete support 把锚固和喷混凝土结合起来，用以加固地下洞室围岩的措施。喷混凝土是利用喷浆设备向地下洞室开挖面喷一定厚度的混凝土层，借以支护围岩。由于混凝土喷层密贴围岩，并具柔软性等特点，所以能承受较大荷载，并能控制围岩变形，充填胶结岩体表层裂隙，保护和发挥岩体的潜力。喷混凝土可以作为洞室围岩的初期支护，也可以作为永久性支护。喷锚支护是使锚杆、混凝土喷层和围岩形成共同作用的体系，防止岩体松动、分离。把一定厚度的围岩转变成自承拱，有效地稳定围岩。当岩体比较破碎时，还可以利用丝网拉挡锚杆之间的小岩块，增强混凝土喷层，辅助喷锚支护。 |
