制备方法:用甘氨酸与丙烯腈加成,生成N-氰乙基甘氨酸,然后与乙醇在酸催化下酯化得N-(乙氧羰基乙基)甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,将后者与氯甲酸乙酯在碳酸钠参与下缩合制得该品。

用途:南瓜子氨酸氢溴酸盐的中间体。
