gsh-30-1 型 30 毫米机炮是 su-27 系列的唯一固定武器，它是一种超轻量型单管转膛式机炮，根据俄罗斯所公布的资料，其全备重量只有 43.5 公斤，为现有同口径机炮中重量最轻的系统。该机炮使用激光测距瞄准系统，据说精确度极佳，但大量采用轻量材料的结果使其使用寿命减低，未经证实的资料指出标准寿命大约 2,000 发左右，火炮的最高射速 1,600发/分。在 su-27 系列的各型战机中，该机炮的弹舱内装有 150 发备用炮弹。
