性质:造成管壳式换热器(设备)失效破坏的重要原因之一。当管壳式换热器尺寸较大时,由于设有折流板,为了强化传热而不断提高壳程间的流速时,流体会加剧对管束的横向冲刷,而诱发换热器内部振动,总称为流体导振动。主要表现在管子与折流板之间的振动,尤其当振动的频率与管子在特定条件下的自振频率相一致时,可使换热器产生强烈共振,以致造成断裂破坏的事故。防止这类振动的措施主要有:改变流体横向流速,抑制流体在管束上出现周期性的旋涡,改变管子的自振频率等。
