≮美食原料≯

黄豆芽4两、黑木耳丝1/3杯(约1两)、白米2杯、高汤2杯,盐2小匙、酒1/2大匙、香油2小匙、色拉油1/2大匙、胡椒粉1小匙。

≮美食做法≯

1、将米洗净沥干水分,加入2杯高汤,浸泡15~20分钟,再加入调味料略拌匀备用。

2、黄豆芽洗净与黑木耳丝一起铺在米上,放入电饭锅中煮熟,煮好后需再焖15分钟,打开锅盖后,用饭匙由下往上轻轻拌匀即可。
