补充资料:229254A冷铁水浇注机操作规程
1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、检查冷铁膜是否有裂纹,如裂纹过大,应及时更换。
3、检查拉紧装置处是否有冷铁块,如有冷铁块,要立即拿掉,以名阻碍运动。
4、先点动试车,然后空运转2-3分钟,检查传动系统(电动机、联轴节、减速器、链条)的运动是否平稳,确认一切正常后,方可进行生产。
5、浇注铁水以前,首先在冷铁模上刷涂泥浆。
6、不要把铁水浇在行走轮和链条上,否则要立即清除,以免阻碍运动。
7、在浇注机的头部,必须将铸定全部敲离下来,不准随冷铁模带到设备底下,以免卡坏设备。
8、打扫现场时,特别要打扫设备底下和拉紧装置处的铁块铁渣。
