用量用法: 3.6mg,每28天一次,皮下注射。
禁忌: 妊娠及哺乳妇女。
不良反应:
皮疹。男性病人可见潮红和性欲下降,偶见乳房肿胀,治疗初期前列腺癌病人可有骨骼疼痛暂时加剧,尿道梗阻及脊髓压迫症状可见于个别病例。女性病人可见潮红,出汗,性欲下降,头痛,情感变化如抑郁,阴道干燥及乳房大小变化,治疗初期乳腺癌病人可出现症状加剧。
注意事项: 有尿道阻塞和脊髓压迫倾向的患者及患有代谢性骨病的患者慎用。
规格: 缓释植入剂 3.6mgx 1针。
