性质:工业中广泛应用的一种特殊耐磨钢,在大的冲击载荷下具有很高耐磨性,它的主要成分含碳1.0%~1.3%和锰11%~14%,锰碳含量比为10~12。这种钢机械加工困难,基本上都是以铸件形式使用。在使用中经受冷变形后,表层即产生显著硬化,最高硬度可达HB500~550,具有优良的耐磨性。广泛用于要求既耐磨又耐冲击的零部件。高锰钢除了具有良好的耐磨性以外,而且还具有良好的力学性能,不会冷脆;在受力变形时,能吸收大量能量,受到弹丸射击时也不易穿透,因此适宜于制造防弹板以及保险箱钢板等。
