性质:又称夹芯注射,共注塑成型。是多组分注射中的一种典型情况。注射设备具有两个以上注射料筒,可以分步或同时注射不同颜色或不同配方的物料,得到具有多层结构、芯壳结构或不部分颜色同或透明度不同的制品。要求有相应配套的模具,这种模具或者具有大小不同的型腔,不同物料分步注入各型腔中,形成多层的制品;或者具有特殊的流道结构,能将不同的物料在不同时间分别引入型腔,制成结构泡沫塑料制品或者多色制品。这种注射机还应配备特殊的锁闭式喷嘴。
