原料配方 小黄瓜2条 菠萝1/4个 蜂蜜10毫升 冰块2～3块
制作方法
1.小黄瓜洗净，去掉有苦味的尾部，再切成细小的碎块；菠萝去皮，切成碎块。
2.分别将黄瓜、菠萝放入两层纱布中，用硬的器物压碎，挤出汁，注入同一只玻璃杯中。或使用家用组织捣碎机，可将黄瓜、菠萝放入组织捣碎机内，捣碎成汁。用纱布过滤，注入玻璃杯内。
3.饮用前，加入蜂蜜，并放进2～3块冰块，味道更佳。
产品疗效 具有利尿作用，适合膀胱障碍、肾结石患者饮用。
