性质:又称丁基苯酞。无色油状物。熔点140~141℃(320Pa),177~178℃(2.0kPa)。旋光度59.5°(c=0.2,氯仿)。存在于伞形科植物东当归[Angelica acutilobac (Sieb.et Zucc. )Kitag.]的根,旱芹(Apium graveolens L. var. dulce DC.)挥发油,藁本(Ligusticum sinensis Oliv. )的挥发油等中。有解痉及抑制子宫收缩作用。
