This paper analyzed the test results of the grinding sintered materials, defined the coarseness of grading, and pointed out, that the average volume size of the particles, determining by laser radiation-diffraction method, can be regarded as the criterion, indicating the grain size of the grinding sintered materials, taking the vacuum-dense alumina ceramics and forsterite ceramics for examples.

性质:主晶相为硅酸镁(Mg2SiO4),即镁橄榄石为主要组成的陶瓷。相对介电常数 5.6~5.8。介质损耗角正切值小于5×10-4[1MHz,(300±5)℃]。体积电阻率1014~1016Ω·cm,特别是在高温下仍有相当高的数值,1000℃时仍高于106Ω·cm。线膨胀数线为(9~11)×10-6/℃,与某些玻璃、铁镍合金和金属钛的热膨胀系数很相近,便于封接。热稳定性稍差。广泛用作电真空陶瓷、高功率电容器陶瓷、电阻陶瓷基体和碱性耐高温陶瓷。
