b、 检查砂轮有无裂纹或缺口，严禁使用；
c、 检查防护罩是否安全可靠，如不安全可靠，应通知维修人员修理。
d、 空运转2-3分钟，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
3、工作中还必须遵守：
a、 开车时、先开通风机，后开砂轮。停车时，先停砂轮，后停通风机；
b、 操作者要戴好眼镜手套等防护用品；
c、 移动砂轮要平稳，严禁用砂轮撞击铸件。
