qiangxie huanchong zhuangzhi枪械缓冲装置(bu价:。f Small arms)枪械中用于吸收或耗散运动部件多余能量，以减轻零、部件间相互撞击的装置。又称枪械缓冲器。常见的枪械缓冲装置有:安装在机枪枪身与枪架之间，吸收或耗散枪身后坐和前冲多余能量的枪身缓冲装置(见枪架);安装在机匣内，吸收或耗散自动机运动多余能量的自动机缓冲装置;以及安装在牵引式枪架的下架和运动体(车轮)之间，吸收或耗散行军时颠簸引起的多余能量的行军缓冲装置。这些缓冲装置的主要作用是使枪械工作平稳，提高射击精度;防止零、部件破损，延长使用寿命;有的自动机缓冲装置还能起到提高或降低枪械理论射速的作用。 枪械缓冲装置可按缓冲元件分为弹簧缓冲装置、摩擦弹性缓冲装置、衬垫缓冲装置、气体缓冲装置和液体缓冲装置等。①弹簧缓冲装置。又可分为螺旋弹簧式、环形弹簧式、碟形弹簧式和组合弹簧式。如图所示的一种螺旋弹簧缓冲装置，受压后再伸张时，能将所吸收的自动机活动机件后坐能量的70%一75%，迅速释放给自动机活动机件，能减轻机件撞击，改善射击精度，减少自动机运动由后坐转为复进时的能量耗损，提高枪械射速。②摩擦弹性缓冲装置。主要利用摩擦阻力和弹簧变形吸收活动机件后坐多余能量，有环式、开口环式、摩擦块式等多种。中国1977年式12.7毫米高射机枪的摩擦环式弹簧缓冲装置，同自动机结为一体，缓冲装置中咬合套在一起的内外缓冲簧压缩或伸张时，二者互相接触的锥面间产生强烈摩擦，能吸收并消耗很多能量。这种结合在枪机上的缓冲装置，还能增加枪机运动质量，不但具有缓冲功能，而且可降低自动机后退和复进速度，使其平稳工作。③衬垫缓冲装置。一般用橡胶、纤维板、纸板和塑料制作缓冲衬垫元件。这种缓冲元件仅能把吸收的活动机件后坐多余能量的25%一66%释放出来，其他大都以摩擦热的形式散失掉。④气体缓冲装置和液体缓冲装置。分别以气体或液体为缓冲工质。它们的优点是承受载荷大，吸收能量多，工作平稳，使用寿命长;但结构较复杂，密封要求高，制造和调整较难，在枪械中使用较少。(雷志义)‘冲瞿基鬓-鹭缨彩撞‘力 一种自动机缓冲装置
