In this paper ,through analyzing the phase of Na_2O—MgO—Al_2O_3—SiO_2 in detail ,we defined the new stock composition of the household MG strengthen porcelain ,and developed the MG strengthen porcelain with such good merits as excellent whiteness 、 high mechanical robustness (220MPa)、 broad sintering temperature (40℃) and good heat stability .
本文在对Na_2O—MgO—Al_2O_3—SiO_2相图详细解析的基础上,确定了日用镁质强化瓷的新的坯料组成,研制出了白度好、机械强度高(220MPa)、烧成温度范围宽(40℃)、热稳定性好的镁质强化瓷,并研制成功了适于日用镁质瓷使用的低温熔块釉,实现了日用镁质瓷的二次烧成。
