适应症: 用于预防心绞痛。
用量用法:
口服:开始时每次10mg,每日3次,然后增至每次30mg,每日3次,饭前服。舌下含化:每次5~10mg。
注意事项:
可产生头痛、眩晕、恶心,长期使用易产生耐药性。脑出血、颅内高压、青光眼及急性心肌梗塞患者忌用。本品遇热及撞击易爆炸。
规格: 片剂:10mg、15mg。
