      中国景德镇窑彩瓷。彩瓷分为釉上彩和釉下彩两种。釉里红属釉下彩,它以氧化铜为呈色剂,在坯上绘以纹饰,再罩以透明釉,在高温窑炉中烧后,呈现白地红花。釉里红始于元代,为景德镇窑工匠所创,明清两代仍沿袭烧制。景德镇窑使用氧化铜烧制瓷器的时间较早,至迟在北宋后期已经使用氧化铜烧窑变红色。在色质如玉的青白瓷上,饰以色如朱砂的窑变红斑,效果极佳。此种瓷器现虽未见到,然可以肯定它对釉里红装饰品种的出现,有很大影响。江西省景德镇市出土的一件有至元四年(1338)铭文的谷仓,其铭文即是用釉里红方法书写烧制的。元末明初,釉里红瓷器传世较多,其器形、纹饰与青花大体相同,如缠枝花纹碗、杯托、玉壶春瓶、执壶、军持、莲瓣式折沿大盘及带盖大罐等。明洪武以后,釉里红瓷器很少烧制,这似与不能很好地掌握烧制技术有关。清康熙年间又恢复了已停烧多年的釉里红装饰品种,并能在一件器物上同时用氧化钴和氧化铜绘纹饰,烧出了青花釉里红。至雍正年间这一品种呈色纯正而鲜艳,达到了很高的水平。
