性质:重质石油馏分油或掺有部分渣油的重质石油馏分,于470℃以上在无定形硅酸铝催化剂或沸石催化剂上分解为分子量较小的气体和液体产品。液体产品经过分馏在分馏塔顶可取得富气和催化裂化粗汽油,也称催化裂化石脑油。后者再经过稳定塔,以除去其中的碳三和碳四烃类,称稳定汽油,再在其中加入抗氧剂(防胶剂),成为催化裂化汽油。催化裂化汽油为无色或微黄色。沸程一般为初馏点至205(或215)℃,初馏点视其中所含丁烷的多少而在25~40℃之间变动,催化裂化汽油主要为烯烃组成,需要加入抗氧剂以保证其诱导期合格。中国的催化裂化汽油根据所用催化剂的种类和裂化深度辛烷值在90~92RON(研究法),是调配车用汽油的主要组分。在美国汽油规格中对烯烃含量加以限制,所以催化裂化汽油不能无限制地调配车用汽油。
