phase ratio

  x旧ngb-相比(phase ratio)在一个萃取体系中,有机相(O)与水相(A)的体积比,以O/A表示。有时把相比的倒数称为“水油比”。如果萃取过程是连续的,相比也可以用每分钟流过的有机相和水相的体积比表示,即相比等于流量比。相比是溶剂萃取的一个重要技术参数,引入这个概念以便萃取体系的有关计算得以简化,并可通过改变相比来达到预期的萃取效果。增大相比,虽然使有机相中被萃取物的浓度降低,但可提高萃取率;若需得到被萃物浓度较高的有机相,则可采用减少相比的办法来达到。相比的选择与萃取能力、萃取过程中的乳化程度及对萃取率的要求有关。一般的萃取过程都希望用小相比,这样可减少溶剂用量,提高被萃物在有机相的浓度。在萃取过程发生乳化时,可以采用增大相比的办法来消除。 (邱电云马荣驻)
