蠕动波
peristaltic wave
肠蠕动过程中呈现的波浪式运动。由于胃肠道发生梗阻时,梗阻近端的胃肠产生阵发性蠕动加强所致。如幽门梗阻时,可见自左肋缘下开始缓慢地向右推进的较大蠕动波,到达右腹直肌下(幽门区)消失。有时这种蠕动波自右向左,称逆蠕动波。小肠梗阻时蠕动波多见于脐部,方向不一。腹壁松弛菲薄的多产妇及消瘦者也可见到蠕动波。发生肠麻痹时,蠕动波消失。
