性质:该品盐酸盐(C12H18CI2N2O·HCI)为白色或几乎白色结晶性粉末。熔点174 -175.5℃。易溶于水、甲醇、乙醇,微溶于氯仿、丙酮,不溶于乙醚,无臭,味略苦。

制备方法:由对硝基苯乙酮经还原、氯化、溴化,再与叔丁胺缩合,用钾硼氢还原而得。成盐后即该品盐酸盐。

用途:平喘药。该品为肾上腺素支气管解痉药物。对支气管平滑肌β2受体的兴奋作用具有较好的选择性,扩张支气管作用强度相当于舒喘宁的100倍。用于治疗支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎等。该品治疗剂量为0.5μg/kg,而对动物(小鼠、大鼠、家兔)的口服LD50约为该剂量的30万倍。
