卡莫司汀 卡莫司汀 拼音名：Kamositing 英文名：Carmustine 书页号：2000年版二部－135 本品为1,3-双（α－氯乙基）-1-亚硝基脲。按干燥品计算，含C5H9Cl2N3O2 应为 96.0％～101.0 ％。
【性状】
本品为无色或微黄或微黄绿色结晶或结晶性粉末；无臭。 本品在乙醇或甲醇或乙溶解，在水中不溶。 熔点 本品的熔点（附录Ⅵ C），为30～32℃，熔融时同时分解。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品约50mg，加0.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液5ml ，置水浴上加热5 分 钟，并不断振摇使溶解，加酚酞指示液1滴，用硝酸溶液(1→2)滴加至无色，加0.1mol /L硝酸银溶液1ml ，应生成白色沉淀。 (2) 取本品适量，加水制成每1ml 中含10μg 的溶液，取此溶液2ml ，加磺胺试液 1ml （取磺胺50mg，加2mol/L盐酸溶液10ml溶解，即得），在50℃水浴上恒温45分钟后 ，在冰浴中冷却，加1％N-（甲萘基）盐酸二氨基乙烯溶液0.2ml,10分钟后应显红色。 (3) 取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在230nm 的波长处 有最大吸收。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品，置五氧化二磷干燥器中减压干燥至恒重，减失重 量不得过0.5％（附录Ⅷ L）。
【含量测定】
精密称取本品适量，加无水乙醇溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml 中约含 20μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在230nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按 C5H9 Cl2N3O2 的吸收系数（Ｅ1％ 1cm）为270 计算，即得（测定应在20℃以下，30分钟内完 成）。
