原料配方
面粉1千克 白糖400克 熟面粉200克 猪油300克 水250克 瓜条50克 青梅50克 香油100克 花生仁、青红丝适量
制作方法
1.将瓜条、青梅、青红丝切碎，花生仁烤熟擀碎，加入熟面粉、白糖、香油和100克水拌匀，搓成馅。
2.用250克猪油把500克面粉擦成干油酥；剩余的面粉用50克猪油、250克凉水和成水油面团。
3.将干油酥包入水油面团内，按扁擀成长方形面片，卷起来揪成每17克的面剂。把剂子擀成中间稍厚的圆皮，包上糖馅，收严剂口呈尖桃形。在尖桃处切丁字形刀口，呈3个三解形，再将3个三角形向外稍翻即成。
4.把生坯摆入烤盘，进烤炉用中火烘烤，烤至酥鼓起，呈金黄色即熟。
产品特点 松酥香甜，有浓郁的果实香味。
