性质: 又称晶体成长速率。分为以晶体线性成长计算和以沉积溶质质量计算的结晶速率。前者为单位时间内结晶生长的厚度,后者为单位时间单位面积上结晶出来的溶质质量。一般认为晶体成长分为溶质扩散和表面反应两步。同时考虑这两步,则以晶体线性成长计算的结晶速率G=KgΔCg,式中ΔC为过饱和度,Kg为与物系及环境有关的速度常数,g为幂指数。各种晶体在不同的操作条件下结晶速率一般在10-8~10-6m/s的范围内。
