性质:子囊菌亚门的真菌所特有的、产于子囊中的一种有性孢子,具有繁殖和传播功能。形态、颜色多样,一般呈椭圆形。单细胞,单倍体。每一子囊通常产8个子囊孢子,偶有2,4,16,32或更多。产生过程一般先由异型配子囊间发生配合(质配),经核配和减数分裂后,每个核及其周围的细胞质包上膜和壁,发育为成熟子囊孢子。子囊孢子的形状、大小、颜色、表面纹饰、排列方式和与产子囊孢子有关的各种构造是菌种鉴定时的重要依据。
