性质:煤在流化床中进行气化的方法。采用细粒度煤(小于10mm)为原料,吹入气化炉内的气化剂为富氧空气和水蒸气,气流速度高到使炉内煤粒悬浮,处于流化状态,进行煤与气化剂的反应而制得煤气。解决了固定床气化需要块煤的限制。缺点是碳转化率较低,热效率不高,该法适用于气化活性较高的煤种,如褐煤。
