| 人造革 artificial leather 外观、手感类似皮革，并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基，涂覆由合成树脂和塑料添加剂配成的混合料制成。其透气性、吸湿性等虽不及天然革，但具有一定的强度和耐磨性，生产简便、原料丰富，产品质量均一，便于剪裁，质软、耐水、成本低，广泛用于制作服装、鞋帽 、箱包、家具、装饰品及各种工业配件。 常用的人造革品种有聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚烯烃人造革。聚氯乙烯人造革又分为：①普通人造革。多以平布、帆布、再生布为底基，用直接涂覆法制成。成品手感较硬、耐磨，主要用于制作耐磨包装袋、建筑及工业配件。②发泡人造革。以针织布为底基，面层糊料中含有发泡剂和助剂，在凝胶化时发泡形成微孔结构。成品质轻、手感丰满 、柔软，用于制作手套、包、袋、服装及家具。③绒面人造革。俗称人造麂皮。其品种繁多，工艺各异。主要有磨面绒面革、卷曲绒面革和静电植绒面革等。用手制作包、袋、服装及装饰品。 聚酰胺人造革透气、吸湿性优于聚氯乙烯人造革，并有较好的外观和手感，常用于制作箱、包等。聚氨酯人造革以起毛布为底基，以聚氨酯溶液为涂料制成，其质地轻软、耐磨、透气、保暖，手感不受冷暖变化的影响，适于制作服装，较高级的包、袋和装饰品。聚烯烃人造革以低密度聚乙烯为主要原料，用压延贴合法制成，其质轻、挺实、表面滑爽，适于制作包、袋。 |
