性状描述:白色结晶粉末。熔点83-84℃,沸点100℃(13.3Pa),相对密度1.73(20/4℃),10%水溶液的折光率1.3439。25℃水中的溶解度15.4g/100ml,乙醚中为17.0g/100ml,氯仿中为75g/100ml。不溶于脂肪烃。在中性或弱酸性介质中稳定,在碱性溶液转化成敌敌畏。对金属有腐蚀作用。

生产方法:甲醇与三氯化磷酯化反应生成亚磷酸二甲酯,再与三氯乙醛进行缩合反应生成敌百虫。

原料消耗定额:三氯化磷610kg/t、三氯乙醛740kg/t、甲醇470kg/t。

用途:敌百虫是一各高效低毒杀虫剂,具有强烈的胃毒和触杀作用,并有熏蒸的性能。对双翅目;鳞翅目;鞘翅目害虫最为有效。主要用于防治蔬菜、果树、茶、桑、棉花和粮食作物上的咀嚼口器害虫,也用来防治卫生害虫。对多种作物一般不产生药害,但对高梁、大豆易发生药害。精制敌百虫用作畜用驱虫药。工业纯敌百虫用甲醇-水重结晶,得到精制敌百虫,可作为畜用驱虫药及抗丝虫病药。
