| 风温 冬春两季感受风热病邪，初起以发热、微恶风寒、口微渴、咳嗽、脉浮数等症状为特征的外感热病。因春季阳气升发，温暖多风，最易形成风热病邪，若此时起居不慎、寒暖失调，使外邪侵入则发为风温。风温在发展过程中有顺传和逆传两种情况。顺传指肺卫之邪不解，内传气分。逆传指肺卫邪热，逆传心包。临床常见证型有：①邪袭肺卫型风温。证见发热微恶寒，咳嗽，舌尖红，苔薄白，脉浮数，治宜辛凉解表，方用银翘散或桑菊饮。②热在胸膈型风温。证见身热心烦，口渴尿黄，或便秘或胸脘痞满，苔黄，脉浮滑数，治宜清热凉膈，化痰开结，方用栀子豉汤、凉膈散或小陷胸汤。③邪热在肺型风温。证见身热烦渴，咳喘胸闷，苔黄脉数。治宜清热宣肺，方用麻杏石甘汤加味。④热在阳明型风温。证见壮热心烦，口渴，汗大出，苔黄燥，脉洪大，治宜清热生津，方用白虎汤。⑤逆传心包型风温。证见身热神昏，舌蹇肢厥，脉细数。治宜清心开窍，方用清宫汤。⑥内闭外脱型风温。证见身热昏愦，汗出气短，倦卧肢冷，脉细微。治宜清心开窍，固脱救逆，方用安宫牛黄丸合生脉散。 |
