制备方法:对对硝基氯苯为原料,与苄基腈在氢氧化钠乙醇液中加热环合,生成5-氯苯-3-苯基苯并异噁唑,然后以盐酸-铁粉还原开环,得2-氨基-5-氯二苯甲酮,再与盐酸羟胺缩合,得2-氨基-5-氯二苯酮肟。将后者与氯乙酰氯环合制得该品。

用途:利眠宁、安定的中间体。
