On the basis of orthogonal experiments of four factors,three levels and nine groups,the process parameters of electroslag smelting casting with automatic feeding system of consumable electrode were optimized,resulting in high quality ingot and high remelting efficiency.

And finally it makes a conclusion: Contrast with the other kinds of auto-driller systems driven by motors,the auto-driller system driven by small motor has obtained excellent application effect because of its following features: safety,reliability,easy for installation,and accurate control,etc.
