性质:一种非金属晶须。氧化铝、氧化硼和氧化硅的复合体,它与硼酸铝晶须转化关系可用相图说明。硼酸铝晶须的组成变化在AB线内。硼硅酸铝晶须的组成在A,B,C和D面积内或沿B-C,C-D和线变化。SiO2成分占65%(wt)时,沿C-D线,在C点组成3Al2O3:1.5A2O3:12.7SiO2,变化至D点时,组成为9Al2O3:2B2O3:32.7SiO2。可以做金属基和陶瓷基复合材料增强体。
