性质:稀硝酸经脱水剂作用,制取浓硝酸。方法有二:(1)硫酸浓缩法:以浓硫酸为脱水剂。将约55%硝酸与93%硫酸,分别送入浓缩塔,塔底有再沸器供热,72%稀硫酸从塔底排出,经浓缩至93%循环使用。硝酸蒸气由塔顶排出,经冷凝、冷却,得98%硝酸,部分回流,部分作为产品。(2)硝酸镁浓缩法:以硝酸镁为脱水剂。将硝酸镁、硝酸、水三元混合物送人浓缩塔中,所需热量由底部加热器供给。浓度为68%硝酸镁由塔底排出,浓缩到72%再循环使用。硝酸蒸气从塔顶逸出,经冷凝、冷却,一部分回流,一部分作为产品。特点:硝酸镁法的腐蚀程度较硫酸法大有改善。
