制作方法
1.芹菜洗净，用开水焯一下，切碎，备用。
2.苹果削皮，去核，切成黄豆大小的块。
3.分别将芹菜、苹果放入两层纱布中，用硬的器物压榨，挤出汁，注入同一只玻璃杯中，加入牛奶，蜂蜜和盐搅匀，即可饮用。
4.将苹果、芹菜、牛奶、蜂蜜、盐等原料一起放进组织捣碎机内，捣碎出汁。再用纱布过滤，注入玻璃杯内，即成爽口的芹菜混合饮料。
