性质: 一种合金白口铸铁。含12%~20%钨及2.5%~3.5%碳,以共晶碳化钨为硬质强化相的耐磨铸铁。由于碳化物硬度高而且孤立分散,高钨铸铁在碾碎性磨料磨损中显示出良好的抗磨性能。高钨铸铁中的碳化物主要为M6C即Fe3W3C或Fe4W2C型,在钨含量偏低时还有M3C出现,这些碳化物均能提高铸铁的耐磨性。高钨铸铁成本高,韧性不够好,在价格和性能上都难以胜过高铬白口铸铁,生产应用受到限制。
