降低操作压力有利于催化重整过程中的芳构化反应,增加液体产品收率、芳烃产率、纯氢产率和循环氢纯度,提高炼油企业的经济效益,满足市场对环境友好的优质石油产品的需求。目前国内外固定床催化重整装置的操作压力已降到1.3~1.5MPa。第一代连续再生催化重整装置(CCR)在0.88MPa下操作。新开发的低压固定床催化重整新工艺将在第一代CCR的反应压力下操作,获得与第一代CCR催化重整装置相同的目的产品和经济效益。同时,与CCR重整装置相比,将节省大量投资和操作费用。

    FRIPP研究开发的CB-11、CB-8重整催化剂具有良好的活性、选择性和低压稳定性,可以在0.88MPa的低压固定床催化重整装置上长周期使用。例如某炼油厂将采用CB-11/CB-8组合催化剂,新建0.88MPa低压固定床重整装置。重整原料油为60~180℃石脑油馏分,其烃族组成为:烷烃52.66m%,环烷烃34.74m%,芳烃12.62m%,芳烃潜含量44.91m%。重整反应的模拟计算结果列于下表。由表可见,重整反应压力由1.47MPa降低到0.86MPa,在加权平均床层温度低3.5℃的条件下,液体产品收率增加2.76个百分点,芳烃产率增加2个百分点,芳烃转化率增加4.5个百分点,循环氢纯度增加5.12个百分点,纯氢产率增加0.4个百分点,有明显的经济效益。
